Music
I’ve played drums for 20 years now, and have been a drum instructor for a total of seven. I have played in symphonic bands, marching bands, garage bands, and even performed with a Division II Drum Corp in the snare line until I had to resign due to injury. I’ve had the opportunity to track in the studio for local bands on many occasions.
I specialize in teaching beginners and younger students. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education, so my drum instruction is greatly influenced and enhanced by the many hours spent in the classroom and studying learning theory.
