This weekend the spiders began an all out assault on Sean Markey. Some came crawling down the wall behind his desk, trying to take advantage of his blind spot. Still others raced across the floor toward him in a daring, and moderately effective attempt. The worse attack of the weekend, however, came when Sean was watching a college football game and eating Kraft Mac and Cheese (shut up) while his lovely wife was out running errands.
A horrible spider dropped down from the ceiling, Mission Impossible style, for an air attack. Sean avoided the spider by flattening out, matrix style, and rolling away from the dark-grey/brown spider. However, Sean is not Keanu Reeves, and injured his back. He spent the rest of the weekend hobbling around the house and generally being pathetic.
There is a bright side to all this, though. Sean was able reach the 20,000 word mark on his novel.
